This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroBling AI LLC ("PawCustody," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use PawCustody, a True No-Contact Pet Sharing coordination app for people who share a pet after a breakup, separation, divorce, or high-conflict relationship.

By using PawCustody, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. What PawCustody Is

PawCustody is a structured-choice coordination tool. Users coordinate pet care only through preset dropdowns, checkboxes, buttons, toggles, and tap-to-confirm flows.

PawCustody does not provide:

  • Free-text messaging, chat, comments, or notes
  • Email-style communication between users
  • AI drafting, AI summaries, or AI message generators
  • Document, photo, receipt, or file uploads
  • Legal, veterinary, custody, financial, mediation, or emergency services

2. Information We Handle

PawCustody only collects information you enter through structured controls:

  • Account email and display name
  • Pet name (from a preset list), species, breed (from preset lists), age band, and preset allergies
  • Preset drop-off locations (type, name, area) and approval state
  • Weekly availability blocks (day, 30-minute time slot, recurrence)
  • Schedule proposals (green slot, frequency, approved location)
  • Pet log entries built only from preset categories (health type, severity, symptoms, action, handover condition, supplies, emergency category)
  • High Conflict Mode toggle state
  • Private "triggering" flags you place on log entries (visible only to you)

The current demo version stores this data locally on your device in browser storage. Data may not sync across devices unless cloud sync is later added.

3. What PawCustody Does Not Collect

Because the app has no free-text fields, comments, notes, messages, or uploads, PawCustody does not collect:

  • Free-text messages or notes between co-parents
  • Photos, documents, receipts, veterinary records, or any uploaded files
  • AI prompts or AI-generated content
  • Payment card numbers (no paid features in this version)

4. Co-Parent Visibility

PawCustody is built so that one co-parent cannot act on behalf of the other and cannot send free-form content. Each co-parent only sees:

  • Shared pet profile fields
  • Locations either party has approved
  • The other party's availability as anonymous "green windows" — no titles or details
  • Structured pet log entries authored by either party

Private flags you place on log entries are visible only to you and are never sent to your co-parent.

5. High Conflict Mode

When High Conflict Mode is on, non-emergency coordination (adding availability, proposing schedules, approving locations, non-emergency log entries) is paused. The Animal Welfare Emergency preset alert remains available.

6. Technical Information

Standard web technical information may be processed by the hosting platform that serves the app (such as IP address, browser type, and error logs) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only:

  • With infrastructure providers strictly to host and serve the app
  • When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
  • To protect rights, safety, or security of users or the public

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the current version stores data locally on your device, you can remove app data at any time by using the Reset action in Settings or by clearing your browser storage for this site. If cloud storage is later added, retention and deletion controls will be described in an updated version of this policy.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, browser, and any account credentials secure.

10. Children

PawCustody is intended for users 18 or older and is not directed to children.

11. No Professional Advice

PawCustody is a coordination tool only. It does not provide legal, custody, veterinary, financial, mediation, mental health, safety, or emergency advice. For a medical or welfare emergency involving your pet, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal services. For personal safety, contact local emergency services.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
